MEMBERSHIPS

All Cryo Method and RESET by Cryo Method memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment before you are able to cancel without penalty. Early termination is equal to a one month membership fee.

Our monthly memberships are set up to automatically renew each month until we receive a written cancellation notice. Each membership requires a 30 day cancellation notice to terminate the commitment.

All accounts require a valid credit card to be store on file. No exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS/CHARGES

If you cancel an appointment within the 3 hour late cancel window, you will be subject to a $10 late cancel fee per cancelled session.

No shows are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full retail rate of the modality or reservation.
